Banqueting Hire FAQ’s

Can I change my order once I have paid my deposit?

Yes, absolutely, we understand banqueting orders are fluid. We advise you to book numbers based on the invites you send, if all do not except you can drop your numbers when you have all you RSVPs returned. That way if numbers come down, you will have less balance payment to make. If you add items or your numbers, go up you will have a larger balance payment to make.

Is there a transport charge?

Yes, we deliver and collect direct to and from your venue. All our quotes also include set up of any tables and chairs you choose to hire directly from us in accordance with your layout plan so .

Is there a wash up charge for linen?

Leave the dirty work to us, enjoy your wedding or event, any necessary wash up charge is calculated when you obtain any quotes from us. Our team will sort the rest!

If I damage or lose some items, will I have to pay for them?

Yes. Unfortunately, accidents can happen, all breakages and losses are payable at the full replacement costs.

Do you recruit seasonal staff?

Yes we do, we have a core of full time staff who are specialists but between May and September we have positions for drivers, drivers mates and event staff. Email us
