As our client, the control and decision making is always with you, we simply offer recommendations and advice based on our vast experience of weddings and events. This service lets you relax and enjoy planning your wedding knowing an expert is at your disposal to fine tune the plans and keep everything on target and includes assistance and co-ordination on the day of your Wedding Day, also known as On The Day Coordination.

Our Full Wedding Planning Service, Bespoke To You.

  • Initial meeting to find out more about you both, and to discuss your ideas, likes and dislikes.
  • Venue or marquee recommendation or sourcing to match your budget and vision.
  • Unlimited meetings, emails and telephone conversations throughout the planning time, to make sure everything is on track and on budget, offer guidance and advice, and to discuss any concerns or further ideas you have.
  • Full supplier co-ordination, including sourcing or recommending suppliers, setting up meetings or phone calls between you, and looking after all their requirements such as logistics, timings, power supply and paperwork​.
  • Liaison with marquee company or venue on layout and practicalities such as furniture, heating, lighting, window panels and power sources.
  • Co-ordination of marquee dismantling after the wedding , including the collection of equipment such as generator, toilets, lighting, furniture, and catering equipment.
  • Attendance at your venue the day before your wedding to set up equipment, co-ordinate suppliers and make sure everything discussed with you in the planning process happens.
  • On The Day Management, continued presence, support and management throughout your wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly while you and your families relax and enjoy the day.
  • Design assistance to help co-ordinate themes, styling ideas, prop, and lighting hire etc. Style & Joy Events also offer tailored styling and décor hire.
  • Creative styling advice and help with your venue or marquee design, layout and style to ensure it looks amazing and elegant, but also practical. With our years of award-winning industry experience in decorating stately homes, historic barns and marquees, we can suggest to you what is both practical and stunning.
  • Liaison with florists, cake makers and photographers to create beautiful visual statements.
  • Advice with wedding etiquette, including tricky seating plans, traditional versus modern day customs and thank you gifts.

The earlier this is booked the more effective this service is. We will begin by setting your budget, it is inadvisable to overspend on a day that is unaffordable. Then we prioritise what is important to you. Following that we research into your ideas in a lot more detail so that we can recommend the best suppliers for your style, requirements, and budget.
